5 women. 1 vision.

Starting with five women and one vision, the Real Life Team spoke and led worship at several events, sharing a message of hope through Jesus Christ. We shared vulnerably from the reality of personal pain. We experienced how God can make beauty from our ashes (Isaiah 61:3) in the midst of difficult and painful journeys.

Our ashes included things like divorce, health crises, crippling anxiety, depression, rape, the death of loved ones, and various addictions. Our beauty was shown through lives now filled with the hope and promises of God.

All of us had been convinced that Jesus Christ is more than enough to heal our broken lives; however, our faith was challenged to go deeper in 2012 during a women's retreat where we met a woman named Hope with yet deeper emotional wounds.

Hope had been sold into human trafficking as a child and remained a trafficking victim for many years. We were amazed as we prayed and watched God's love bring deep healing to her. Today, Hope is a new person and is working alongside us as a voice of hope to others who are hurting.

Though Hope's story of pain was very different from ours, we came to know that God has no limits, and a real desire to reveal Himself to anyone willing to seek Him.

In 2016 we opened the ‘House of Hope’; a place where women can come for encouragement from overwhelming life situations.

Real Life team invites women to meet with them for prayer, teaching, or mentorship-counselling. Come and allow God to reveal Himself to you through our team of women who understand.
