You Are Not Able.

It’s the Good News!!!

“You are not able to serve the LORD, for He is a holy God.” – Joshua 24:19

It's true. You are not able to serve the LORD your God. For your strength, your righteousness, your talents, your abilities and good deeds, they are not able to impress. They are not able to satisfy and to bring glory to the One and Only, holy and righteous, Almighty God. No, you are not able.

And it's Good News?!

Yes, because Christ, He is able. He is able to, for you. And He has, for you. Christ has made a way for you to come to God, as a holy, redeemed and righteous child of His. As a friend, chosen and beloved, forever free from condemnation. “For we were restored to friendship with God by the death of His Son while we were still his enemies.” – Romans 5:10

Yes, Christ has made a way.

A way for you to satisfy your Creator.

A way for you to bring glory to God.

A way for you to impress Him.

A way for you to receive Him.

And it will take your all. In fact, it requires nothing from you, but your all. Nothing, but your yes! When everything inside of you shouts no! Your pride. Your rights. Your self. It all shouts no!

Because. It requires nothing from you, but your yes!

Yes to God as All-Sufficient.

Yes to God as Almighty.

Yes to God as Sovereign.

Yes to God as Saviour and Lord and Master. Over your one life. The one life you have ability to make the choice over.

It is all you are able to do. To say, “yes”, and to receive.
