Lord Over Everything.

It's the daily, moment by moment decisions that really matter. The little things. The every-day things. The mundane, appearingly insignificant things. That matter.

Because when it's Christ Who reigns over the simple moments of your life, then it's Christ Who reigns over the grand purposes and goals and aims of your one life. And when it's Christ Who reigns, then it's Christ Who is joy and peace and strength to you.

For apart from the joy of the LORD, there is no life. Only fear and death.

Apart from the Prince of Peace, there is no life. Only anxiety and worry.

Apart from His strength, there is no life. Only a burning out and stress.

No life. When the little things are lived apart from Christ, there is no life.

Because if Christ is really all. If Christ really reigns. Then, He must be LORD of your all-the-time, everyday, one life. In the deep-down every-ness of life. Every grudgery. Every boredom. Every hurt. Every pain. Every joy. Every dream and desire. Everything. For Christ to be LORD, He must reign everything.

And Christ, He is LORD!

He does reign over everything!

But to be LORD of your one life, He gives you a choice. Because He will not force His Lordship on you. He simply calls you. Personally, lovingly. He calls.

And it is your choice. It's your daily, moment-by-moment choice. In everything.
