And Life Really Is

Okay, LORD, if life is all about only one thing.

If one thing at a time is all there is to do.

If one reason is all there is to livin'.

If one thing is really all that matters. Anyways.

One thing.

One breath before another.

One step after another.

One moment because of another.

If that is all there is to life.

One thing. One thing, that is so much more than what can be seen.

If that is all.

Would more people believe? In more? More than what this life could ever offer. More than what they could ever offer or do. On their own.

All because of one thing.

One thing. More than all the rest.

"For [it is] by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God" - Ephesians 2:8

One thing. Grace through faith. Only one thing.

Because there is only One LORD,

One Christ Who rose from the dead.

One King over everything.

One way to salvation. Grace through faith.

Yes, LORD, one thing. You require only one thing. And life really is, because of only one thing.
