The Fulfillment of Christ, in You.

It's like you can't see it at first. All the work and the struggle of doing what's before you. What God has put before you to go through. You can't see the worth of it, the eternal value of it, the Kingdom of God in it.

Because the work. The learning. The constant learning. The just-getting-by. The discipline of it. The daily grind. Is hard. And it's like you can't see it. You don't see it. At first.

And then.

It rises up from within you. One day, in the stillness of a moment, you become overwhelmed. With His presence. With Him. And it even feels like too much, like so much more than you can possibly hold in. So it rises up. Your praise, to Him. For it is all you can do.

Because that is when your eyes are opened, and you see it. When your eyes are opened and you finally see Him. The eternal purpose and the worth and the fulfillment of it all. Christ Jesus is it. And when you see Christ in it all, you know, and you can see, that He knew what He was doing, all along. And you see Him. That it is His glory shining through your one life. Because it was all Him. Christ, in your life. Christ, the fulfillment of your life. Christ, the purpose and worth of your life. All Jesus Christ!

Because Christ is the fulfillment.

And your life, all of it, becomes a song of praise, pure and unhindered, pointing to the risen Saviour of your life, all for His glory.
