Could it Be?
Could it be that there is a God Who loves unconditionally? Could it be that God, Who is ever-present, all-knowing, all-powerful, all-sovereign, is really all you'll ever need and could ever want? Could it be that this God is so determinedly for you? That He would stop at nothing to make you His own?
Could it be? Could it?
A God Who loves, you. Who cares, for you. Who works, for you. Who wants, you. Could it be? A real, live God? A merciful, saving God? A gracious, giving God? Who is for you.
Could it be?
Because if all that is true, if God is all He says He is, and you are all He says you are, to Him. If that is true, then what? What could that mean for you? Right here, right now?
Would you dare to lift up your eyes, off of yourself, off of your circumstances, and onto an Almighty, All-giving, All-loving God? From within the storm, from within the deep struggle you are facing, right now. Would you dare to look up to find God, to find He is really for you, and longs to be for you, your Redeemer, your Saviour, your Friend? Right now. Would you dare? To depend on Him, to give up control to Him, to trust in Him? With your life?
Would you dare to believe?
Because when you do, then life begins, life abounds, life fulfills and satisfies. So would you dare? Because when you do, then life will be found in Christ, Who died for you and rose victorious over death, for you. All to have you and give you life. Yes, it could be! It is, absolute truth! How could you not dare?
For you are holy and redeemed in Christ. A pure gift. You are made one with Christ. Nothing of your own doing. You are sought after and cherished. Simply because you are you. And the Giver of life longs to give you life. Right here, from within the storm that threatens to steal and destroy your life. Christ came to give you life!
Yes, it could be! It is! True!
