Think of It!

“But be sure to fear the Lord and faithfully serve him. Think of all the wonderful things he has done for you.” (1 Samuel 12:24 NLT)

Think of it. Stop for a moment and think of it. Of all the wonderful things the LORD God Almighty has done for you. Yes, how He has fought for you your whole life. How He has never once left you. Your whole life. How He has loved you, completely and entirely and unconditionally.

For when you were lost, He came for you. When you ran from Him, He endlessly called you back to His side. The whole time. Your whole life. He never stopped pursuing you, never stopped earnestly seeking you. He never stopped. Not once.

So stop and think of it, just for a moment, think of all the wonderful things He has done for you. Because it will change you. When your eyes lift off of you and onto Him, it’ll change you. Yes, your choice to see Christ, now and always. Christ Who died, Christ Who rose again, Christ Who conquered death in you and for you. Your choice to see Him will change you.

For the LORD is high and lifted up in you, glorified for all to see Christ in you, when you stop to think of it.
