Faith Is.

Your life of faith. It is. Because we all have faith in something. Faith is, because of the impossible. Only faith can deal with the impossible. And every life has faith because every life is touched by the impossible. Every life.

That deep hurt that won't heal, but re-surfaces every time you go near that person or that place. It is impossible. That broken relationship that won't mend, but breaks again and again, every time you try. It is impossible. That addiction that won't give up control, but robs your life over and over. It is impossible. That jealousy, that attitude, that fear, that heart-matter. It is all impossible. Impossible to heal, impossible to mend, impossible to be rid of, because it is all out of your control. And deep down, you know it is true. Every struggle is impossible.

So faith is, because of the impossible. In the midst of the impossible, faith is. But where do you put your faith? Since we all have faith. Where is your faith put?

The answer, your decision, it determines the outcome of your soul. Not the outcome of your circumstance, but the outcome of your soul. Freedom or slavery? Rest or striving? Peace or anxiety? Joy or bitterness? It is your choice, your decision. It really is.

Because there really is only One Who deals with the impossible successfully. And His name is the Lord God Almighty. And He longs for you to enter His rest, to know Him, the only One Who is peace and joy and freedom for your soul.
