The Simplicity of a Sovereign God.

It's the simplicity of it all. That enthrones, that magnifies, that exalts Your greatness, LORD. Always. Because the calm and the peace, the love and the encouragement, they all testify and make known and show You, LORD. It's what enthrones You as God. Almighty. Ever-Present. All-Knowing. God. In a life.

Yes, it's always the simplicity.

For a life that glorifies You, is a life completely surrendered to You. And, LORD, You simplify. As only You can. As only You know how. You simplify. Always. You simplify a life.

For You say,

"Cast your worries on Me. My burden is light.
Do not worry for today. I will provide.
Forgive your brother. Vengeance is Mine.
Seek Me first. I am the Way.
Come to Me. I am your Salvation.

"Know Me, and I will set you free."

Yes, LORD, You set a life free, from everything that binds and holds it captive. You simplify. Because You so loved the lives You created, that You died for them, so when a life believes in You, when a life believes that what You did for them was enough to set them free from death, then that life receives life. Then that life receives Your Life, LORD.

And Your Life simplifies. For Your Life holds no record of wrong. Your Life is perfected in love, and never fears. Your Life is love and peace and calm and encouragement, to a soul. Yes, Your Life is the simplicity of a sovereign God.

And it shows.

Your Life, LORD, it shows Your majesty and Your greatness, enthroning You as God in every life that believes.
