Being Led

Your stepping forward, one step at a time, into the unknown with uncertainty in each step, as though you were blind, unable to see and made to trust, made to depend on the One doing the leading. It’s the only way to be led. Really, it is.

And it’s the only way to see again.

Because being led always, always, always leads to eyes that are open to the salvation of the LORD, which is seeing Christ again.

Being Led is the Way to eternal life because that is the way to Christ Jesus Himself.

Where living life abundantly is being led to Life eternally, with Him!

For isn’t it life we all want? Abundant, fulfilling, glorious, satisfying, more than enough, always and forever life. It’s what we all want. And its very definition is Christ!

So you will know it. You will know when you are being led. When the Spirit is guiding your every step and the Father is sanctifying your very life. You will know it. You will know it because you will see Christ.

And instead of insisting on the knowledge and the ability to see, you are insisting on peace with Him. Instead of depending on those seen results and attempts at control, you are depending solely on the One in charge, Who is reliable and faithful right to the end. So you see Christ. Instead of the results and the knowledge gained, your eyes are opened to Christ again.

It’s how you know you are being led, one step forward at a time, with peace in every step, singing aloud in everlasting joy, with eyes wide open to see the salvation of God!
