Eyes To See

Do you see? With eyes wide open, do you see? The very real battle raging on. The very real enemy fighting strong. The very real turmoil from within.

It has nothing to do with what your eyes can see physically, but it has everything to do with what your heart can see and what your soul and mind can see. Because it is a seeing with understanding and a seeing with revelation, a seeing and a knowing, of Christ. Do you see it? With eyes wide open, do you now see it?

Because eyes wide open do that. They see that the very real battle raging on is a battle for your soul, for all of eternity. They see that the very real enemy fighting strong is an enemy of deceit, trying to make you believe he has won. They see that the very real despair rising up is the despair that comes from being apart from Christ. Yes, eyes wide open do that. Because eyes wide open see Christ.

Christ, Who bled and died to save your soul, to give peace to your heart and rest to your mind. He conquered the grave to give you salvation. He defeated the enemy to give you eternal life. Forgiveness of sins, salvation from death, and peace with God. Christ has done it all! He has saved your soul!
