To Try Again
So you try again. You don’t know what else to do but to try again. So it’s what you do.
Hoping for better results this time, and hoping for a different outcome than last time, you try again.
It’s what you do. It’s what we all do. And it’s what we should do, really, it is, we should try again. But never alone. For you cannot change the outcome without first changing the means. No. And you cannot see the desired result without first seeing the needed source. It’s true. And the good news is that help is here, so you need not do this alone. God has sent His Son to be the Saviour of the world (1 John 4:14). Help has come! So you can try again not alone.
Yes, the Good News of Jesus Christ is how you can let go of control to the One Who works all things for the good of those who are His (Romans 8:28). You can surrender over the results of your stepping forward knowing the only thing that pleases God is faith - faith that believes God has made the way, and He is with those who seek Him (Hebrews 11:6). Because Christ came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10). This is what sets you free to let go and surrender over, so you can try again not alone!
Where the outcomes lose their control over you, and the journey becomes all that matters. Where walking with your Saviour, abiding in the Vine, and staying in the Light becomes your only focus.
And you can try again, because trying again becomes simply about going ahead, moving onward, and stepping forward. Into Christ. Always into Christ, the One Who redeemed you from death and brought you blameless into His glorious presence with great joy (Jude 1:24)!

“O LORD, my heart is not lifted up; my eyes are not raised too high; I do not occupy myself with things too great and too marvelous for me. But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me...” - Psalm 131 ESV
“But as for me, I will always proclaim what God has done; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.” - Psalm 75:9 NLT
